Member Spotlight: July 2025

Meet Jeffrey McClain III, a Sales Operations Analyst and proud member of The NETwork Metro Atlanta Chapter for the past six months. Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Jeffrey is a Morehouse College graduate who began his AT&T journey five years ago in customer loyalty retention. He has successfully completed the AT&T Connected Communities Development Program (ACCDP) in 2023 and the MDP program in 2024. Currently, he plays a vital role supporting subscriber acquisition teams and driving sales penetration efforts within AT&T Connected Communities, collaborating with vendor teams both domestically and internationally. Jeffrey is passionate about expanding AT&T's fiber footprint and contributing to key sales initiatives. Since joining The NETwork, he has embraced opportunities to build new connections and broaden his professional network. Outside of work, Jeffrey enjoys travelling, exercising, and spending quality time with his family, all while cheering on his favorite sports teams—the Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Bucks. His long-term goal is to leverage his operational expertise toward a future in training and human resources.
