Member Spotlight: June 2025

This month, we're spotlighting Gerald Willis. Since joining The NETwork in 2024, he has actively contributed to the Membership committee, helping to grow and engage the community. Hired in 2019 with the mission to reduce customer contact and promote self-service, Gerald has made a significant impact by designing the initial user interface and experiences for the ANDi Virtual Assistant/Chatbot. In April 2024, he took on the role of lead UX Designer for Search experiences on the myATT app, further enhancing the customer journey. Gerald’s creativity also shines through in the logo he designed for the Consumer Technology Experience team. His participation in our Let’s Do Lunch event brought wonderful conversation and laughter, playing a key role in its success and strengthening connections within The NETwork.
